Monte is manufactured from 100% polyester, with approximately 50% recycled PET content. The standard raw material weight is 1300 g/m² (±5%)
The standard Monte acoustic wall panel measures 800 mm in width, 2700 mm in length and 54 mm in depth. The panel is designed for wall and ceiling applications and is installed using a Velcro fixing system, allowing the acoustic panels to be securely positioned on the surface. Installation includes a template for levelling, measuring and marking the required fixing points. Monte can also be custom cut in both width and length during production to accommodate specific architectural requirements
Monte is designed for indoor wall and ceiling applications where acoustic performance and architectural aesthetics need to work together. Its sculptural three-dimensional profile makes it suitable for a variety of interior projects, including workplaces, commercial environments, hospitality spaces and other architectural interiors. The PET felt structure is naturally hydrophobic and can be used in humid indoor areas.
Monte is designed for easy maintenance and cleaning. The surface can be regularly vacuumed and wiped with a damp cloth. For stains, water can generally be used first, while a mild detergent may be applied when necessary. Harsh detergents, excessive friction and rubbing should be avoided, as they may affect the appearance of the felt surface. Natural-colour versions are also bleach cleanable according to the product’s listed test result.
Yes. The Monte PET felt material has a reported thermal insulation value of 0.040 W/mK. This material property complements its acoustic function, making Monte a multifunctional interior surface solution for architectural applications where both acoustic and material performance are considered.
