Zero Brick is available in a compact 150 × 300 mm format with an 11 mm thickness, making it suitable for modular cladding applications and detailed interior surface designs. With a raw material weight of 6600 g/m² (±5%) and a product weight of approximately 0.30 kg per piece (±5%), the panels provide a substantial material presence while remaining practical for interior applications.
From an acoustic perspective, Zero Brick provides measurable sound absorption performance. The product has a weighted sound absorption coefficient (αw) of 0.35, an NRC value of 0.40, and is classified as Sound Absorption Class D according to ISO 11654. Its acoustic performance makes Zero Brick suitable for applications where decorative wall surfaces also need to contribute to the overall acoustic environment.
The material has also been tested according to ASTM C423 and EN ISO 354 for acoustic performance, while additional certifications and test results cover fire performance, abrasion, moisture resistance, UV exposure and environmental characteristics. Zero Brick has a B-s1,d0 reaction-to-fire classification according to EN 13501 and demonstrates Class B moisture resistance. It also features a reported 99.9% antibacterial structure and a thermal insulation value of 0.040 W/mK.

Set the room, choose a Cloud, set how far it drops and put it where you want it. Clouds are free-hanging, so this is a room rather than a grid: what you see is real scale, real drop and real distance.

Zero Brick combines recycled material content, acoustic functionality and decorative performance in a single material. Rather than using newly produced raw materials for a conventional surface finish, it repurposes felt waste through an innovative R&D-driven process. This gives Zero Brick its characteristic textured appearance while supporting a more circular approach to interior material design.
Yes. In addition to its distinctive decorative appearance, Zero Brick offers acoustic properties, making it suitable for interior applications where both material aesthetics and sound control are important. Its textured composition can be incorporated into spaces that require a combination of visual character and acoustic comfort.
Zero Brick supports circular and sustainable design practices by giving felt waste a new application instead of sending it to waste streams. The production process reuses an average of 120 tons of felt waste annually, helping reduce material waste and associated carbon emissions while creating a durable decorative material for interior spaces.
Zero Brick is suitable for a wide range of commercial and architectural interiors, including offices, hotels, restaurants, conference rooms, meeting spaces, lobbies and shared areas. Its distinctive recycled texture makes it particularly suitable for feature walls and applications where the material itself is intended to become part of the interior design concept.
The minimum order quantity for Zero Brick is 22 pieces, corresponding to approximately 1 m². This quantity allows the material to be ordered as a practical modular surface solution for interior cladding applications.

Zero Brick is an innovative acoustic and decorative cladding material developed as part of Feltouch’s Zero Felt Collection. Created through the repurposing of felt leftovers, Zero Brick offers a distinctive material solution that combines circular design, acoustic performance and architectural aesthetics.
Made from 100% recycled Feltouch felt leftovers, Zero Brick is produced without the use of binders, giving waste material a new application in interior architecture. Its unique composition creates a naturally varied, textured surface, making each application visually distinctive while supporting a more sustainable approach to material selection.
