Cisco Office is designed to support clear communication and efficient collaboration within meeting environments. In these spaces, acoustic comfort plays an important role, as sound reflections and background noise can affect both focus and speech clarity.

Meeting rooms often face acoustic challenges due to enclosed volumes and hard surfaces. Sound can reflect between walls, which increases reverberation and makes conversations harder to follow. As a result, users may experience reduced concentration during meetings.

To improve this condition, Feltouch Plate panels cover selected wall surfaces in meeting rooms. These panels absorb sound and reduce reflections, which helps create a more controlled acoustic environment. As a result, speech becomes clearer and communication improves.

At the same time, Cracker panels are applied on adjacent walls to support acoustic balance. Their textured surface absorbs sound and adds variation to the space. By using different panel types together, the design distributes sound more evenly and prevents noise from concentrating in specific areas.

In addition, this layered approach improves both performance and visual quality. The combination of smooth and textured surfaces creates depth while maintaining a cohesive interior language.

Furthermore, the acoustic strategy focuses on improving user experience during meetings.
