Koç School New High School Building combines modern school design with acoustic solutions that support learning, communication, and student well-being. Feltouch integrated Flat Cloud, Air-Felt Baffle, and Bowl throughout the school to create comfortable classrooms, dining areas, and social spaces. At the same time, these solutions improve acoustic comfort while maintaining a clean and modern interior.

Schools need good acoustics to help students focus and support clear communication. Classrooms, cafeterias, and social spaces often experience echo, sound reflections, and background noise because of hard surfaces and large numbers of students. As a result, students may lose focus, and teachers may need to raise their voices. To solve these challenges, Feltouch developed acoustic ceiling and lighting solutions for different learning spaces.

Air-Felt Baffle plays an important role in the classrooms. The suspended acoustic baffles absorb sound, reduce echo, and improve speech clarity. Consequently, students can focus more easily, while teachers can speak clearly without raising their voices. In addition, the same system is used in the cafeteria and social areas, where it controls noise and creates a more comfortable environment for everyday activities.

Meanwhile, the cafeteria benefits from a combination of Flat Cloud, Air-Felt Baffle, and Bowl acoustic solutions. During meal times, cafeterias often become noisy because of conversations, movement, and hard interior finishes. Flat Cloud acoustic ceiling panels reduce sound reflections and create a calmer dining area. Furthermore, Air-Felt Baffle controls echo across the open space, while Bowl acoustic lighting combines quality lighting with sound absorption. Together, these solutions improve both visual and acoustic comfort and create a pleasant space for students and staff.

Manufactured from PET felt containing 50% recycled material, Flat Cloud, Air-Felt Baffle, and Bowl combine sustainable design with high acoustic performance. As a result, they reduce noise, improve speech clarity, and support better learning conditions. Moreover, these acoustic solutions create healthier classrooms, quieter social spaces, and more comfortable dining areas. Finally, Feltouch combines acoustic performance with modern design to create school spaces that help students focus, support teachers, and improve the daily experience for everyone.
