Reborn Collection: Where Felt Becomes Form
The Designer Behind Reborn
Melika Özer was born in Afyon in 1978 and studied Industrial Product Design at Yeditepe University. She later studied Contemporary Jewelry Design at METU and completed a master’s degree in Brand Management and Marketing at Bahçeşehir University.
Her multidisciplinary practice spans furniture, jewelry, textiles, home accessories, and interior products. Inspired by nature, emotions, movement, and tactile experiences, Özer brings a personal and sensory approach to design.
At Feltouch, she explores how form and texture can transform acoustic panels into distinctive design elements. This approach is reflected in her earlier acoustic designs and the new Reborn Collection.

From Original Designs to New Expressions
The Reborn Collection brings together six distinctive designs. Inception, Metamorphosis, and Reflection were introduced earlier, exploring the relationship between form, texture, and acoustic design. With Rhythm, Ridge, and Union, the collection expanded at ORGATEC 2026, where the three new designs were officially launched, introducing fresh forms and new possibilities for acoustic surfaces.
Layered geometric forms create depth and repetition, turning the acoustic surface into a sculptural composition.
Flowing forms create a sense of movement, bringing softness and visual rhythm to acoustic surfaces.
Angular forms and changing shadows create a dynamic surface that adds depth and texture to interiors.
Inception
Distinctive curved forms create a layered surface, adding depth, rhythm, and a sculptural character to acoustic panels.
Metamorphosis
Flowing wave-like forms create a sense of movement and rhythm, bringing softness and visual depth to acoustic surfaces.
Reflection
Angular geometric forms create a striking interplay of light and shadow, adding depth, texture, and a sculptural character to acoustic surfaces.
